• Standard Processing: Most orders take 3-5 business days for production before they ship.

• Carriers: We use FedEx and UPS for all domestic shipments.

• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in Carrollton, TX. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: ProSignsDFW is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
