Refund policy

At ProSignsDFW, all our products are custom-made to your specifications. Because these items cannot be resold, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after the order is placed.

  • Customer Errors: Typos, low-resolution images, incorrect color choices, or wrong sizes selected by the customer.

  • Delayed Shipping: Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (FedEx/UPS).

2. Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. We will provide a Free Reprint (no cost to you) if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: There is a physical defect in the cardstock or finish.

  • Printing Errors: The final product differs significantly from the digital file you provided (e.g., color shifting outside of industry standards or missing text that was in the original file).

  • Shipping Damage: The product arrives damaged due to poor packaging.

3. How to Request a Reprint

If your order arrives with a defect, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package.

  • Process: Email us at [sales@prosignsdfw.com] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: If the error is ours, we will rush a reprint of the original artwork. We do not offer refunds; we fix the problem by replacing the product.

4. Artwork Approval

By placing an order, you confirm that your artwork is ready for print. ProSignsDFW does not proofread or check for spelling errors. Please double-check your designs before submitting!
